Meatball and Gnocchi Soup

Stock:

4 pounds Bones of beef or pork ( I used both)

1 Lg onions, chopped

2 bulbs of garlic, roasted then peeled.

Pepper

salt

Generous amounts of the following:

Italian herbs

dried garlic

dried parsley

6 cups of water.

Put in big pot, boil then simmer for two hours. Remove bones.

Meatballs:

2 pounds ground meat ( I used turkey)

½ cup parmasean cheese

½ cup of seasoned bread crumbs.

1 tea Salt

4 tea pepper

4 tea garlic powder

3 crushed garlic cloves.

Other things for soup:

¼ cup of mustard,

1 can of Pasta sauce

1 bag of frozen veggies

pre made dry gnocchi. 12-16 oz

Mix well and form in to meatballs.

Place in a rectangle cake pan. Add in ¼ cup of coke bake for 40 minutes at 375 F

during this time, stock should simmer.

Add in ¼ cup of mustard, 1 can of Pasta sauce 1 bag of frozen veggies to stock. Stir and bring to boil. Add in premade dry gnocchi.

When meatballs are done, carefully place them into the soup, adding the liquid as well.. simmer ten more minutes and serve.
